Delete Your VehicleMileage Account

Effective date: March 26, 2026

This page explains how VehicleMileage users can request deletion of their account and associated data. This link is provided for our app listing and applies to the VehicleMileage mobile app and backend service.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the VehicleMileage app.
2. Go to your profile screen.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the deletion request after re-authentication if prompted.

If you cannot access the app, email theappcoderz@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and include the subject VehicleMileage Account Deletion Request.

What Data Is Deleted

• Your VehicleMileage account profile stored in our backend.
• Your vehicles and related mileage or fuel log records.
• API access tokens, sessions, and related account-linked sync records.

What Data May Be Retained

• Limited operational backup data may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days before automatic removal.
• Records we are required to keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes may be retained only as necessary.

Processing Time

In-app deletion requests are processed immediately on active systems when the account deletion succeeds. Backup retention, where applicable, expires automatically within the retention period described above.
